Rev. Ron Grimes (left) presented Jackie Rakers with a Toastmasters International pin for completing her third speech as a club member. Rakers was the prepared speaker at Thursday’s meeting.

The Tri-County Toastmasters club met on Thursday at the Virden area Community Center. Club members present at Thursday’s meeting were: Les Apps, Dr. Todd Austin, Jim Blankenship from New Berlin, Dawn Boyer from Auburn, Rev. Ron Grimes, Jackie Rakers, Alan Saeger and Billy Watkins.
